We started the year on a strong note. Sales and profit margins were up in Q1, or on par with last year for all three segments. Apart from that, we have announced two acquisitions so far, both in Germany. And we have a really good pipeline, further proving that who we are and how we do things sit really well with the entrepreneurs in Germany.

We’re getting further traction in Germany!
On 1 March, the Green Landscaping Group subsidiary Rainer Gartengestaltung & Landschaftsbau was joined by Baier Garten- und Landschaftsbau in Pfaffenhofen as part of an asset deal. This effectively means an expansion of the business through machines, a full order book and an experienced team including a manager, with annual sales of approximately SEK 10 million.

We finished a strong year in style at Green Landscaping Group, with sales and profitability improving in line with normal seasonality. The quarter was our second-best ever, only surpassed by the stellar Q4 of last year. We managed to exceed our growth target for the third year in a row and our profitability target for the second year in a row. And yes; the acquisitions kept coming.

This morning we decorated the Christmas tree at the office in Stockholm just in time for first advent. We thank our subsidiary Grön Stad Mark och Anläggning AB for selecting a fantastically fine fir that was delivered to our office. Happy first Advent from us at Green Landscaping Group.

Green Landscaping Group reported another strong performance with sales and profit margins again increasing and surpassing our financial goals, with the Finland and rest of Europe segment leading the way. Meanwhile, we built further on our German platform by recruiting a regional head and establishing our regional office in Bavaria, and after the quarter closed, made our second acquisition.
