Holding oneself accountable is essential for achieving personal goals and fulfilling responsibilities. Here are some tips that can help you hold yourself accountable:

We wanted to write a post to say how proud we are of everyone attending the bootcamps. Every week you all arrive and work so hard. You are all learning new, challenging moves but you are all taking it like pros! It is so inspirational to see women from all different backgrounds, with different levels of fitness working so hard and motivating each other. You are all fantastic and should be so proud of yourself.
On to another topic that we want to address, it makes me so sad when we hear women say that they donβt want to wear shorts as they donβt like their legs. No matter the size or shape, your legs are amazing. Society has given women this weird belief that legs should look like photoshopped Instagram legs. That is not reality and we can promise you, that is not what those legs looks like in real life. Be proud of yourself, no matter what size you are and no matter what size your legs are. As we have said before, health and fitness comes in all shapes and sizes. And learn to love your body. Life is too short to not wear shorts.
We like to promote health and fitness, and we also recognise that some want to lose weight and may not know the best way to do it. If anyone want any help with that then feel free to either message and have a chat with us at bootcamp. We do not agree with meal replacement shakes, weight watchers etc because it does not teach you anything about nutrition. We donβt want to label food as good or bad, food is food. Some is calorie dense and some isnβt. Everything in moderation.
We want the best for you and for you all to feel your best. You are all amazing and look amazing and we want you to believe that too! β₯οΈ

How will our week look π
Mondays - kicking off with education, compound lifts, strength and power. Working the muscles hard with effect exercises selections to build a strong physique.
Wednesdays are endurance, higher rep range, CV equipment and volume.
Fridays - HIIT, high heart rate, fast work and maximum calorie burn. Earning that weekend. π°
