4 cl Blind Seal Rye Whiskey
3 cl Lotima Rosso
3 cl Maraschino liqueur
3 cl freshly squeezed orange juice
Garnish: Orange zest

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until it is well chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with an orange zest and enjoy!

5 cl Blind Seal Rye Whiskey
5 ml of simple syrup
10 drops of Bitters

- Stir in a low rocks glass with a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange zest and cherry just before serving.

Knäck with Blind Seal Rye Whiskey
2 dl heavy cream
2 dl light syrup
2 dl sugar
1 dl Blind Seal Whiskey
1 dl chopped hazelnuts
1 tbsp flaky salt

- Sprinkle the nuts and salt on a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix the rest in a cast iron pan
- Cook up to 110 degrees
- Pour the batter over the tray
- Place in a cool place
- Cut into pieces (don't bother with messy biscuit moulds!)
- Store in the fridge
