T-8 days for Spartan World’s!

Haven’t touched the sands of Abu Dhabi since the inaugural event 2 years ago, and with a updated and finely tuned engine I’m sure it’ll be a much better experience! 🏎️

This year Team Denmark is back racing the relay event! , & will rep the red and white 🇩🇰 Wish us luck 🫶🏼

🌟 Today on International Men’s Day, let’s break the silence surrounding men’s mental health. My dad battled mental health issues in silence and lost to su***de when I was 12 - it was always a mystery to me why, but the older I get the more I understand him. It’s a little scary, to be honest.

I actually don’t enjoy posting about this, especially on a day like today. Mental health is a 365 days a year thing, not a 1-day event, but we also can’t talk about our trauma every single day, we’ll be stuck in it. But now is ALWAYS better then never, so here we are ☺️

It’s time to shatter the stigma, embrace vulnerability, and save lives. Be responsible, talk to your friends, your family and a therapist 🫶🏼

October was one to remember!

Not only did I earn my first podium at the and a Spartan National Series event, I:
👉🏽 Had fun!
👉🏽 Ran a VK
👉🏽 Visited an island with no cars
👉🏽 Had Mexican food
👉🏽 Got to see many friends succeed in their goals
👉🏽 Helped 15 new people to start their journey
👉🏽 Silently celebrated what would’ve been my mothers 58th birthday 🫶🏼

Stoked about November - see y’all out there! ✌🏼

I ran my first VK, ate all the foods and finally tried riding a MTB in the mountains.

This trip was very inspirational when it comes to planning my off season. Mountains are a must, and maybe some sun as well. Definitely all the fun! ☀️

Doubling up on OCR training camps at Mike’s Gym!! 🕺

Starting Sunday November 5th (next week), and I kickstart the show with a full week of good training and laughs, with almost 30 OCR enthusiasts from around the world 🌎 STOKED!

Then Sunday November 12th takes over Ida’s spot and we’ll take another amazing group of sweet cheeks through a tough and (hopefully) warm week at the worlds best OCR facility ✌🏼 few spots left, want one of them? 👀

I used to host a bunch of events with ( , & ) and I miss it! These camps will bring back that joy and passion of hosting events and knowledge-sharing with likeminded people 🫶🏼

Next up: Skymaster Limone Extreme vertical kilometer! 🇮🇹

I’ve travelled to the land of pizza and hand gestures to further improve my skills in the mountains. This week of training is leading into my first ever VK, and I’m thrilled! 🍕

I hope this race will be as hard and fun as I’ve always thought it’d be. I also hope to qualify for the danish national trail running team 🥴

Truth talk: I’m nervous. But it wouldn’t be fun if I wasn’t 🙈

I love the grip aspect of training and my passion drives me to improve, to learn and to share as well. This program has helped hundreds of athletes conquer obstacles, and every race I go to I meet someone who has an amazing story about overcoming a new rig. I love it!

🥉 at the final Spartan NorAm 3k elite series, which went down in San Lois Potosì, Mexico 🇲🇽

Honestly, this was a power performance which I’m stoked about. I ran hard from the start, kept contact when the going got tough and finished fast to edge out Ciro for the podium. I even manhandled the double sandbag carry! Make sure to watch the race at ✌🏼

As happy as I am about this performance, I’m a little bummed life didn’t allow me to race 3 races in this series, and fight for an overall position. Maybe next year will be different 🦍 Your continued support matters! 🫶🏼

Today I’ll jog the BEAST course to make I don’t get a sudden urge for a run on a layover back home tomorrow 🤷🏽😂

Team World Champions for the ‘Kings of Leon’ today! 🥇

There’s something magical and special about the Sunday team event at . It’s a celebration of the weekend and a chance to ally with your competitors for a fun time. We loved it, and hope you did as well ✌🏼

Getting properly stoked about the Adventurey World Champs here in Mammoth. It was a tough and there’s been plenty of bickering in the OCR communities this year - but I have a feeling this is truly still the best event of the year. Time to put that statement to the test!

Spartan just acquired ! 👀

According to OCRWC this is the beginning of something new. With very little information on what the deal entails and the future brings, I’m beyond excited to have made the trip for this years race, my 8th OCRWC 🏆

OCR is without doubt changing. Prize money, events, rules, championships and so on - and I generally love change. This year change hasn’t felt fun tho. Limited coverage, massive rule issues in Belgium, no prize money and now uncertainty about the best event on the planet.

I like to think this will all lead to a better sport with better everything. And although it’s easy to be negative about the current state of OCR, I’d prefer not to be negative. I wanna support the growth and development, and hopefully good things will come from that support. And if I’m wrong, I guess it’s time to get an office job 😂

It was truly Struggle City today, and like most the heat and fast pace had a huge impact on the last third of the race. I managed all the obstacles thanks to a solid training (get my program, sweet cheeks), but I couldn’t push anymore on the running. That last kilometre was just horrible 😅

Results and performance are my athletic goals, but life goals includes meeting all of you amazing people. And so far, that’s been SO MUCH FUN this weekend ☺️

It’s easy to not be content and excited about your current job, fitness, relationship and so on. We tend to stare into the future and expect/hope for greener grass and better days. I do believe that the drive for betterment is amazing and useful, but being grateful for what we’ve done to arrive where we are right now - that’s powerful as well.

Won the beach toy world champs yesterday! A super fun orienteering event where all participants navigate to different challenges while safely carrying they inflateble buddies 🐊

Like most runners, I had loads of complaints after this run. The last half was hilly, prep was bad and bla-di-bla-di-bla. But I’ve chosen to be happy instead, knowing there’s a much better time in the body and that I’m ready to get back into training for World’s 🕺

First half was EASY - last not so much 😂 but it was fun to finally race the legendary Etape Bornholm 🏃🏽‍♂️ Swipe for stats by 📈
