What is Mala Tang (麻辣烫)? • Mala Tang is a create-your-own Sichuan variation of traditional Chinese hot pot. Very much like our local Yong Tau Foo soup, you choose the ingredients that you fancy, choose the soup base, and we will prepare the bowl of goodness for you! • We have 6 soup bases, and we believe we are the only one that have it in Singapore now! • Mala Broth, Pork Broth, Chicken Broth, Tomato Broth, Mushroom Broth & Pickled Vegetables Broth. • We also have Mala Ban (麻辣拌), which is the healthier version of Mala Xiang Guo (麻辣香锅). The selected ingredients are first boiled and then mixed with our homemade Mala sesame sauce to create a "salad" bowl for you.
