It is so shocking to me most my clients don't know how. They do too much in the pool.

Here's a free way to fully soak up the benefits when you are at the pool. You can relief a lot of tension in your back, shoulder and neck just by decompressing in the pool.

Here's how I relax:

Slowly dip myself into the water until it reached just below my nose, letting my arms and body fully relax. As I began to walk very slowly, I could feel my muscles gradually unwind. If you take the time to relax your body like this, youโ€™ll notice your muscles becoming deeply relaxed, and youโ€™ll start to feel a gentle space opening between your vertebrae.

The waterโ€™s buoyancy creates this gap, allowing the tissues and muscles around your spine to loosen, which can help reduce pain. As the pain subsides, you'll find yourself able to move more freely and dynamically.

But remember, if youโ€™re in pain, itโ€™s crucial to relax your body and move slowly, letting the waterโ€™s buoyancy do the work for you.

My 69 y.o client doesn't believe his age should restrict him enjoying skiing once a monthโ›ท๏ธ Well ..... Me neither! He dabbles in various types of sports, including high-intensity activities such as swimming, running, cycling, and latelyโ€ฆ skiing. A few years ago, he recognised the importance of mobility in maintaining his overall fitness. Hence we work together to improve the mobility of his joints and muscles, to be able to actively participating in his favourite sports. This winter, his goal was to improve his skiing! Here's what I did to help him live his dream life SAFELY after retiring: โ›ท๏ธFocus on agility used in skiing It is important for his body which is no longer as young to be ready for the turns, balance and control when skiing down a path. Movements like leaping from side to side help build leg muscles that are actually used in the sport. ๐ŸŽฟ Build strength in core, legs, torso and hips What is mobility without ensuring his muscles are strong enough to withstand and control movements in a potentially dangerous sport... like skiing? I design a plan to help engage the right muscle groups that can help improve STABILITY, BALNCE and PREVENT INJURIES. ๐Ÿ’™ 1-1 Immediate feedback Working out is never easy, and even more so for someone in his 60s.
