💁‍♀️ Masa terbaik yang anda boleh minum Lovlin Bird's Nest ialah 1 botol setiap pagi semasa perut kosong atau atau 1 botol sebelum tidur 🙋

Sekiranya anda berada dalam pelan Ekonomi, minum 1 botol setiap selang sehari, bermaksud, jika anda telah minum 1 botol pada hari Isnin, kemudian minum satu lagi pada hari rabu.

Sebaliknya, jika anda berada di pelan Progresif, anda boleh minum 1 botol setiap hari masa yang anda pilih (pagi/malam) seperti di atas.

Akhir sekali jika anda berada di pelan Intensif, anda dengan senang hati boleh minum 2 botol setiap hari! 💃 1 botol pada waktu pagi dan sebotol lagi sebelum tidur.

Hi dolls!!! How to drink Lovlin Bird's Nest & the best time to drink. 💁‍♀️ The best time you can drink Lovlin Bird's Nest is 1 bottle each morning on an empty stomach or 1 bottle before bed 🙋

If you are in the Economy plan, drink 1 bottle per interval per day, meaning if you have 1 bottle on Monday, then drink one more on Wednesday.

Instead, if you're on the Progressive plan, you can drink 1 bottle daily of your choice (morning / night) as above.

Lastly if you are on the Intensive plan, you can happily drink 2 bottles daily! 💃 1 bottle in the morning and another bottle before bed. ************************** Children 3-8:
🕊Make half a bottle only
(half the mom / dad please spend it) ************************** Pregnant women: 🕊1st trimester
- It's not recommended because there's ginseng.
(Ginseng is hot & helps with blood flow) * If you want to drink, you can ... (DON'T eat ginseng) 🕊2nd trimester
