Itovi scan came up this oil for my Mr.. It's true he always cough and it gets worse after his episode of covid in Jan this year. Cold drinks makes him worse..

So I let him use... Surprisingly his cough lessen so much the next morning!! Now it's his bedtime routine to use this.

I asked for his feedback - he said he felt his lungs capacity increased. During his cycling trips he felt much better in breathing!

Came bk on Sat with fever. Saw Dr and it's viral infection. Fever and slight cough... Woke up on Sunday and had some appetite then spiral downwards from afternoon... Cried so hard cos upset he is likely to miss his sch excursion tomorrow.

Back to oiling with plenty of water, nxr and vit c...

I had a meniscus root tear repair surgery last week and have been using these oils to help..recovering well and on walking aid and leg brace probably for another 5 weeks! Will be changing oils once the bandage comes off next week to aid with the wound recovery!

Happy Mother's Day!

For May 2022

Hello bello! It has been awhile since I last posted!

I wanna share this. I bumped into Dana on Monday, 1 of the leaders in YL and she kindly offered to do iTovi scan for me... And seems like Stressaway, tranquil, Inner harmony, Forgiveness are the oils that came up in the report.

Well indeed, I was very busy running my own home baked business, at the same time holding a full time job with the closing of financial year end this week and doing mummy duties at the same time has thrown me off in the emotions dept lately.

Since that night, I brought my feelings kit out to use together with Frankicense and I chose Stressaway to diffuse during bedtime. I have been sleeping very very well for the past 2 nights.

Sharing with you some of the diffuser blend using Stressaway! I chose cool, calm and collected for tonight!

Bumps, bruises, cuts, knocks and falls are part of kids growing up..

This accident happened on Good Friday and his finger was trapped between the riser door and our gate, in that moment, he pulled back his fingers and his finger skin was shaved and left dangling. He bawled his eyes out and I had to flipped his skin back and applied Helichrysum many times! There was also slight bruising.

This pic was taken the following day and was healing well and not much pain and had an awesome time with his cousins! Most importantly, not much pain when he washes his hands.

Unless you are essential oil user, I can't explain in words how much these oils helped in my parenthood. It saves my sanity and heartbreaks and gives me assurance that it heals them fast and are in good hands, chemical free that is!

You just need to use it to experience the goodness in a bottle. :)
