是否有必要在我的日常饮食中加入蛋白质粉❓🤔

这是我在健康讲座或课程时参与者最常问的问题之一🤔。

让我从食品安全的角度回答这个问题。

在分析食品的安全性🌭时,我们首先需要确定与之相关的危害⚡。这些危害可能是生物性的、化学性的、物理性的或过敏原性的。

一旦我们确定了这些危害,我们就要评估这些危害对健康造成的风险😷和严重程度🤮。

在食品行业中,厂商或餐厅都会采取必要的措施来减少、清除或消除这些确定的危害。

因此,在理想情况下,当食品离开生产设施🏭时,大多数食品产品都是安全可食用的。

然而...

并非所有的危害☣都被完全消除🗑。虽然已经按照食品法规降低到安全水平,长期食用这些危害,例如食品添加剂、污染物和新型蛋白质,仍可能对我们的健康构成潜在风险。

严格来说,蛋白质粉是一种超加工食品🥛。它们利用来自不同食品来源的各种蛋白质混合物和食品添加剂(如防腐剂、调味剂、人工甜味剂、乳化剂等)组成。

当我们食用蛋白质粉🥤时,也同时摄入了各种食品添加剂💊。尽管这些添加剂的添加量符合食品监管机构的规定,但它们的长期效应不应被忽视。

例如,长期摄入人工甜味剂已与成人二型糖尿病、心血管疾病和死亡风险增加相关(世界卫生组织,2023年)。

由于在制造过程中, 原材料经过多次加工步骤🏭后被纯化,这些步骤会导致蛋白粉遭受污染(如重金属🛠和农药🐛)。 另外高纯度的新蛋白质也有可能是过敏原🤒。我们现有的身体系统🏃‍♀️可能没有适当的机制来有效消化、处理、吸收或排除这些终产物,从而可能导致不良反应和过敏。

值得注意的是,这只是两个例子,蛋白质粉可能存在其他危害。

其实新鲜食物🥚营养素是最安全的养分,包括蛋白质,的来源。除了蛋白质外,肉类、蛋类、豆类、坚果和种子等新鲜食品还提供了大量对肌肉建设🏋‍♀️和整体健康🏄‍♀️至关重要的维生素和矿物质。

附注:如果你打算使用蛋白质粉增加蛋白质摄入量,务必监测该产品对你的精神🧠和身体🏃‍♂️健康的影响。如果你注意到在食用该产品后健康恶化🤕🤒,建议停止使用。

开博感言

开个人中文博客以科普食品及营养学这个想法其实已经在脑海里酝酿多时。拖沓了多时,今天终于成功让自己敲出博客的第一篇文章。。。 以本人懒惰拖沓的性格,这举动这可是一大成就啊,值得贺喜。

随着年纪渐长,我越来越觉得食品及营养科学是我所学习过的所有知识及技能中最重要之一 - 饮食不单单只为了填饱肚子。

当我从学习及工作中得知各种食物的功能与不足时,选择及准备营养丰富食物就是易事一桩。 这本事也恰恰替我减少了生活中不少的麻烦:生活中家人与孩子极少生病; 如有小毛病,通过调节饮食就能轻松恢复;节省金钱,这十多年来,我家花在保健品的钱绝对不超过一千新币。省下来的医药费和保健品钱,足够让我和家人孩子到处去旅行游玩吃好吃的;而健康的身体也让我们旅游的目的地选择更多更广。

总儿言之,精通食品营养科学只有百利而无一害。希望在未来的日子里,我可以持续的把这三十年在食品营养科研及教学的知识与实践经验仔细理清和大家分享。
