Juiciest and sweetest during springtime, ichigos are at their peak this season. It’s only customary that we crown it the star of our dessert, balanced by the clean finish of sake lees ice cream.

Soft and light, yet rich and creamy. This appetiser mingling uni, tomato sorbet, dashi jelly, and shin-tamanegi—a Japanese spring specialty, brims with umami in every spoonful.

The days are warmer lately, and with that, our Spring menu commences. Starting off with the Hotaru Ika, an old friend making a return, bringing with them new surprises. Red snapper and pike conger eel shinjo rests on lobster and prawn bisque, paired with homemade sweet sambal and sautéed di huang miao spinach, each bite bursting with flavours reminiscent of laksa and prawn mee.
