Title: Admin Executive (General Admin)
salary RM2000-3000
Responsibilities:
-Knowledge in accounting software such as SQL/Autocount/MYOB.
-To be the point-of-contact in office .
-Coordinate and arrange with EPF/socso officer for EPF / Socso payment .
-Responsible for Admin work, such as raise invoices, D/O, and etc.
-Assist operations when it is required .
-Other adhoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management from time-to-time.

Requirements:
-SPM/ ‘O’ Level / 'A' Level /Diploma holders/ Degree
-IT Savvy
-Good communication skills
-Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
-Able to work on Weekends and PH due to operational exigencies.

Title: Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
-Knowledge in import/export/transhipment procedures via air/sea/land customs facilities.
-To be the point-of-contact for Customers and Transporters.
-Coordinate and liaise with Customers, Airlines, and Agents.
-Responsible for tracking of Goods, and ensuring problems are resolved timely, so as to avoid delays.
-Able to seek alternative solutions or provide value-added services to our Customers, so as to ensure the Goods are timely and effectively delivered.
-Prepare, maintain and file the freight documentations accordingly.
-Other adhoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management from time-to-time.

Requirements:
-GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders
-IT Savvy
-Good communication skills
-Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
-Able to work on Weekends and PH due to operational exigencies.
