A Porsche Cayenne S Hybird came by for a diagnostic scan with intermittent starting issue. Soon after, we realized that the Hybird Battery pack is faulty.
Old traces of flood damage and mud stain remains. It seems that the car has gone through sub-standard repair as battery modules and wire connectors are still badly rusted.
The only solution is to replace them with a brand-new Hybrid Battery Pack with good cleaning and anti-rust treatment.

Estima Hybrid dropped by our workshop and did a diagnostic. Shortly after when the results was out we found out that the hybrid battery was malfunctioning, engine had lost power and VSC engine check light was constantly flashing on dash.
Our Hevshop team rectified the issue by replacing with a new hybrid battery pack. Now the owner can enjoy improved fuel economy and smooth transition between petrol engine and electric motor.

Our HEV specialists have begun to install the latest 3rd revision redesigned planetary gear assembly (part number ending with 030) by Honda factory to solve the gear 1 problem. This is in addition to changing the synchroniser ring and updating the Honda factory software.
This 3rd generation revision that was redesigned by Honda Japan has a much stronger planetary gear assembly. This is a much better solution than changing the damaged part with the old original assembly.
Symptoms of gear 1 issue: Flashing PRND, inability to engage gear 1, flashing warning lights on the dashboard, car refusing to move or jerks violently when moving off.
