**Job position: Operation Assistant**

Responsibilities:

•Transfer data from paper formats into database in a timely manner

•Compile, verify and sort information to prepare source data for data entry

•Review data for errors and check output for accuracy

•Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in database

•Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

•1 year of related working experience

•Proficient in MS Office

•Meticulous

•Good typing speed with accuracy

•Able to read and write in English & Mandarin**
