#Repost - @kenpgl Peking Duck has always been one of my favorite Chinese dishes and I have the opportunity to savor the Applewood Flaming Crispy Peking Duck, a recently launched menu item at @orientpalace.sg by @sukigrpsg . Its flaming presentation is eye catching and both the crispy skin and tender meat are skillfully carved from the duck. One can then enjoy the Peking Duck wrapped in pancake skin along with a variety of condiments, including hoisin sauce, scallions and cucumbers . We also had a few other dishes to go with it such as the Cordyceps Flower Pork Belly Chicken Soup, Salt & Pepper Corn, Pork Floss Beancurd, Poached Local Spinach with Trio Egg and Duck Noodle.
