Heaven's Gift - Special Events Design and Consultancy

Often clients wonder how we create larger than life design and structures in our events. The answer is simple, we envision our creatives, we perfect our measurements and we always deliver.

This Hot Air Ballroon installation is one good example. We want to have our hot air balloon in Cloud Terrace to show how iconic the Claymore ballroom can be. The tricky thing is : this is an existing structure which was designed for big entrance loading and not for small loading lift to be transported to a roof top ballroom :

But when we said we will support our venue partner especially in wedding shows, we don't compromise, we will go all the way to make it happen. So what did our Creative Director Hannah do? She recalculated the specifications of the loading lift and reworked with our architect to spilt the original structure from 2 into 4 segments. Even though our contractor said it can't be done as the structure will collapse, Hannah just never given up. And in the end we had the perfect photo spot for all our guests! It was the talking point of that wedding showcase.

Finally, we have some down-time to share some of our recent projects. It has been an amazing journey past 6 months to internalise each venue owner identity and elevate it the way we want to inspire in today's couple.
The architecture of Pan Pacific Orchard with its iconic 4 terraces - Forest, Garden, Beach and Clouds are perfect inspiration for a beautiful wedding.

This is one final party of the year we have created in 2022 and the series of pictures are great reminders to us as creative people to stay true to our creative vision. Regardless what the trends are or the distractions, we must remain steadfast and continue to perfect it and eventually your client will see what we have been planning since the beginning.
Our couple wanted a wedding that reflected a bit of their family culture and who they are as hosts.

This is our 1st full fledged Wedding Showcase since pandemic. We have waited almost 3 years for special events of such to resume normal.

The Sincerely Yours Celebrations show was a full house! There was so much excitement and joy to design our 1st Monique Lhuillier trunk show again with full culinary team . Every part of the programme was carefully crafted so that we can present the best to our wedding couples. One thing we know for sure, this is just the beginning of many amazing shows to come.

We overheard a visiting couple telling each other : OH I really love the Autumn leaves and details! That made our day.

Final checks of all details before the guests arrive. I always love to capture the sight of these behind the scenes moments. Only we as special events planners know the adrenaline present counting down in hours to the door opening. And I think somehow we do love the excitement in last hour. After an amazing month of back to back events in July, today we get to savour all the captured works and moments. This is one wedding design we were engaged less than 5 weeks by our client. Yet the intimacy and love reflected in this families were so contagious that we want to depict that vision in our creation.
I know when we decided to unfold the story of 2 lovebirds, we will naturally reveal the personalities of the parents - nature lovers, spontaneous and timeless style.
