I focus on the important things! Instead of just checking my weight. I asked myself, is my hydration good? Am I getting my resistance training in at least 3 x a week? Is my protein enough? Is my steps hitting my goals that I’ve set for myself? Am I sleeping enough? This is all the important stuff you should be looking at other then you keep jumping on the scale and hoping for your body weight to drop! Nothing will change if you don’t change your daily habits!!! 👌🏽
Does your trainer need to have abs? In my opinion I don’t think so. But if they are coaching you in weight/fat loss or even to gain some muscle then they will eventually have to atleast practiced what they are trying to apply to someone.
This is what 4weeks can do when you are committed to your goals.

Happy weekend guys! Its been a ride today having a full day from coaching my bosses. I am so blessed and grateful to be one of the busiest coaches in SG! And here I am walking around Singapore trying to get my steps up and finding content to put up in IG Lol. Anyway I always tell myself there’s always something for us to get better at each week. If we fail to eat well or exercise. We will be given another opportunity to try again each week. It’s me against me! Always! It’s always going to be tough fighting through with life that comes in our way! But we never stop and keep fighting through!
