URA has just launched the tender for a land parcel at Dunman Road. This site is located next to Geylang River and well connected via KPE, Nicoll Highway and Dakota MRT station.

Just in the news today, 11 new MRT stations to be open on the new Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) in the 2nd half of 2022!

The TEL runs from Stevens through Orchard and Outram Park to Gardens by the Bay. The new stations give access to areas in Great World, Maxwell and Shenton Way.

240,000 households will be within a 10 minute walk from these new stations. Buying houses along these new and future plans may have a high potential of gains in the near future to come.
