I recently started a podcast with my daughter called, ‘My Dad The Salesman’.

Having had the opportunity to nurture many to not only achieve personal goals but also pursue beyond MDRT to TOT, this podcast is just the first of the many on the hows in sales and personal pursuits.

I wanted to document and archive my experiences into a podcast and make it relevant to the younger generation and what’s happening currently today.

Our pilot episode on goal setting has just been released and we are in works to release more episodes for Season 1.

Had a fantastic privilege years ago to travel and speak on the same platform with Dr Andrew Goh.

He was the first trainer I met in my career as a financial professional with great humility and humour.

I decided then to emulate his humorous style of speaking unfortunately I am still struggling with the humility.

We have shared the same platform many times over the last 25 years in my professional speaking career .

These are just a few reminders of the times I have shared the platform with him. He brought me into the professional speaking career without any financial expectations.

I am fortunate since our first meeting in 1989 , I continue to have the great privilege to work with him and looking forward to our next event.

Many forget where they started, some get lost in their journey, very few have guiding lights . Dr Andrew Goh continues to be a guiding light for many like me.

An excellent reminder as I embark on my next journey on the why, what and how .

The question of why 60 countries and what is going to be the next book and how it’s going to be done .

Realise that it’s more important to keep putting the extra to the ordinary things and all will fall in place .

I am not sure if the picture sent to me was about the cover or the message in the book.

Or is it that one line about politicians and millions . The book is only about prospecting nothing political .

Maybe my 10th book will be political or about my shattered heart of 50 pieces with one big gap

I like that people send me messages about how somethings in the book resonates with them .

How time has passed from Sales to Sales Training and Coaching and now author of Sales training books .

This picture was taken this year on my boss Mrs Liu’s 100th birthday .

All the prospecting lessons have been time tested , she closed one of the biggest case in her career for $25 million.

She trained me not only to do MDRT but provided lessons for a lifetime. It led me to speak at MDRT in 2017.
