I'm 31 years young. Through an online coaching, I have lost 17kg Alhamdulillah MashaAllah Tabarakallah 💙
You read that right. Online. Knowing that especially me being an introvert, I loved the idea of everything online. Update meals taken online, update progress with my coach online, receive weekly meal plan, exercises by certified fitness coach is also online.
Being a working adult, I barely have time for myself. I used to grab whatever I think is convenient. I neglected my health till I had to rely on an asthma pump as doctor advised. I know I had to make a change in my habit when once I was panting just by walking up a flight of stairs or walking a short distance.
February 2021 was a turning point. I focused 80% on good nutritions & 20% excercise. Swipe to view my progress. From fingers shouting for help due to tightening ring to ring turning & falling off finger. I now wear my rings on my middle finger 😅

Look at food photos also can drool🤤 There is always a healthier version of your food.. You just need to modify it by the way you cook or the ingredients used.
