Officially claimed my title infront of the entire Great Eastern!

When I received the call from Fiona Foo to inform me that I’ve been picked to share at Achievers Congress 2023. I literally stunned!

While I was planning my content, I had many realisations. It allowed me to see the deeper meaning of my belief and work. Just like a simple title that I had given myself since Year 1. I finally understand why I given myself this title and what it truly meant to me.

Importantly this opportunity have made me realised we are all UNIQUE. Our experience, background and mindset are all different!

Seeing that I’m UNIQUE had given me the courage to share the stage alongside some of company’s best!

But being a 听话的老公, somehow I believe what my wife said will be good for me. It might be hard to succeed but I still joined just to pacify her.

Now in hindsight, it was a good decision. In fact, I would say, it was a decision that have significantly improved my life.

I’m glad I’ve took on this career though I always Siam away insurance agents in the past. This career have provided for me and my family in many ways. From finances to knowledge to friendship to skills and even fighting spirit to chase my first MDRT.

2 Most Happy Moments of 2020!

✌🏻: Getting confirmation email from GE indicated I have achieved MDRT & IDA

This is my first full year in Great Eastern, it definitely wasn’t the best start when we were smacked with Circuit Breaker right at the start of the year.

What does MDRT means to me before joining Great Eastern.
- An award that agents use to haolian and prove that they made it liao. And I honestly thought it was an award that’s easy to achieve or something you can just buy it to make yourself look better/more experienced.

What does MDRT means to me now?
-MDRT award is given to the top 10% of advisors in the industry and to achieve this, you need to put in god damn amount of hard work. It’s a symbol of my commitment, effort and seriousness. It’s a commitment to all clients that have trusted me in my Year 1.

I will continue to work hard to service all clients who have entrusted their policies with me. Cheers! 🥂
