A classic style made with upcycled inner tubing, a reminder of the good old days but always with style.

The story behind this photoshoot.....
This is my first photoshoot for my brand almost 2 years ago and I am really proud of it! I find this represents well what I want with this brand... Yes of course, it’s about selling bags but it’s about so much more! It’s about people, it’s about openness, diversity, beauty of the people, the environment and our planet, no boundaries, no limit, each individual being so special. I want to celebrate our world and all its diversity!..
With that in mind, my dear friend and artist Zoe Duchesne came from Paris and my photographer friend Cédric Vrolant both helped me finding the right spot in Little India, Singapore to shoot... We installed the equipment and started to look around for interesting and willing people for the photoshoot. We were so lucky, being 3 strangers approaching people and explaining what we wanted to do and everyone of them approved to be the model for GeGe the time of a few clics...
Some of them were a bit shy and surprised while others were proud to be chosen. I love these photos because they are so natural, unexpected and we can see the unique personality of each one of them through the lens...
A lovely experience for which I am so grateful. Thank to all these beautiful people

A reminder of the impact, and contribution required from every individual to preserve our magnificent planet. Zoe has been my dear friend for 35 years! I can’t remember my life before she was part of it, and can’t imagine it without her!
Throughout all those years, we shared much fun, laughter and adventures. We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we live in 2 different countries, but the distance, the time and the age didn’t change our relationship. When we are together it’s just like the old days when we were young girls!.
So thankful that in 2019, Zoe flee from Paris to Singapore to help me with the whole launch; logistics, selecting models, being a model, multiple photoshoot and so much more... this means a lot to me!.
