Colheitas & The Auld Alliance are proud to announce the launch of a new and exclusive series “Latin Numbers” with Camut, the legendary producer of Calvados. We are introducing this year a 9 Y.O (IX), 23 Y.O (XXIII), 47 Y.O (XLVII) & 100 Y.O (C).

We are very proud to announce the first Single Malt Whisky by Emmanuel Camut from the legendary Camut producer in Calvados. Emmanuel choose a unique maturation in Apple Balsamic and Calvados cask. The single malt was distilled using the famous wood fired Still designed by Adrien Camut. This is the Cask 001 bottled exclusively for Colheitas The Auld Alliance.

Our very special Calvados CAMUT Trilogy bottled in magnum for Colheitas & The Auld Alliance is now complete. After last year “Demi-Siècle” (half a century), we just received two new stunning exclusive Calvados CAMUT, a “Quart de Siècle” (quater of a century) and a very special “Le Siècle” (a century). Only 12 “Le Siècle” have been bottled.

Just arrived, 3 little gems from France. Artisanal small batches from distillerie Grandmont and Emmanuel Camut.
An old style Amer Gentiane, a fascinating Triple Sec Blanc & the first Pommeau from Emmanuel Camut, called Ambrosia. A very special Pommeau: the juice is reduced by 1/2, then fortified with Calvados Pays d’Auge and aged in Limousin French oak barrique.

Niepoort VV Bairrada Branco comes from century-old vines planted on limestone soils. The wine delivers chalky notes, great purity and complexity. The 15 vintage is particularly remarkable at this stage, with typical saline notes, flowers & a touch of honey. It will keep improving but is now really superb especially when paired with caviar. Perfect match 😋
