One of the reasons I like about this property business is when your 'client', a stranger whom you just met, becomes a friend.

I am very blessed to meet this Australian Chinese lady who was looking for her accommodation urgently.

On the first day we met to go for some house viewings, we instantly click with each other and only to realize later that both of us embrace the same spiritual teaching from the same Master and adopt the same principal practice in life.

Glad that she managed to settle her housing issue even though it is not through me.

But end of the day, what is more valuable to me is our new found friendship.

P.S. Visited her at her workplace (Japanese restaurant) and she ran to buy a Japanese pancake from her neighbour's pancake cafe so that we can have a chit chat session over dessert while she looks after the shop. Such little gesture really melt my heart and I really appreciate this friendship from this new found friend. ❤

This is one of my favorite cozy corners at home where I love spending my time just sitting around or do my meditation.

I am someone who loves nature and hence, staying on low floor is something I don't mind as I really enjoy the greenery view daily.

I am also very blessed to be facing a ground floor neighbour with green fingers, who really take great effort to create a mini beautiful garden which was a beauty to me and I really enjoy sitting at my balcony, drinking my morning coffee, overlooking all the pretty purple flowers and landscaping.

Gratitude. Live life with ❤ !

I really love my four leave clovers and they are like my little angelic friends.

Really appreciate them for growing beautifully and abundance for me.

They bring me joy, peace, calmness. Whenever, I am feeling down or stress out, it seems to be talking to me...telling me "hey buddy no worries...Im your four leaves lucky clover...as long as you are still breathing, have a healthy body, good mindset and good intent, you can always restart and things will be better. Don't be dishearten."

Of course, I reciprocate my love to them by taking good care of them which is isnt easy too..cos when the sun and heat is too strong, they will show me that they are under stress and feeling sad..then I had to do all sort of tricks to protect them, make them less stress and be happy.

Or when it rains too much and there is too much water, I get worried that they might be drown...

I guess thats life...we help each other as much as possible, love each other, care for one another....❤

Having worked in a corporate world for almost 30 years, I know that regardless of my hard works and efforts, what’s left for me when I leave a company are merely a portfolio and some great memories.

As I am nearing 50 years old, I have seen more than often, my seniors and friends being given the golden handshakes. The future’s looming for them. This set me thinking seriously:

• Is this what I want to go through in future? To be given the golden handshake? My answer is NO.

• What will keep me motivated and happy with burning passion such that I don’t feel that I am working just to make a living?

The answer is obvious that I love my roles as a Property Developer, Property Manager and Marketer. I enjoy the process of transforming properties that were not so leasable or facing difficulties to sell to something that eventually caught the eye of potential tenants or buyers. I love seeing beautiful homes.

In my 10+ years in real estate career with public listed and private companies, I had handled the sales and rental of many real estate categories including private condominiums, apartments, landed houses, GCBs, Land Tender, Retail, Offices & Industrial entities.

Over the years, I also managed the buy / sell / rent of our own properties owned by my family. I sold off our HDB flat at record high sales price during the low market when back then agents who wanted to market for me told me that it was impossible to achieve. This led to helping my neighbours set a new higher record of asking price. I also dealt with lawyers on our buy / sell of our properties.

Since my passion has always been in the real estate and of course with the support from my husband who is also a keen property investor and who has been ‘selling’ me the idea of going into real estate realtor role for the past few years, I decided to take the step to transit myself from a Property Developer role to a Real Estate Realtor, forming a team with my ex General Manager from a public listed property developing company.
