The JCAT XACT S1 will be on display and demo in the Hi End AsIa 2024 in Pan Pacific Hotel in Rm 2323. This room will be packed with lots of surprises for many.

Soulution Audio will be back to the playfield with the other hi end stuff. They will be in Hi End Asia 2024 in Pan Pacific Hotel rm 2323 and also a meet the owner in 18/19 Oct later.

The world first speaker using Glass cone by GAIT will be on display and audition in the Hi End Asia 2024 in Pan Pacific Singapore from 6-8th Sep in rm 2326. Support with some amazing brands of Electronics like Meitner (Emmlabs) and KECES Audio and Dual Turntables. Music can be very enjoyable and affordable. Look out for the launching price. Come with both Active and Passive version.

Didn’t know making a CD can be even higher than a SACD, making this CD worthwhile a collectible item. In the show, we will use it as demo playback with our Luxman D-10X SACD/CD player.

UPM AG Sampler Disc • Tham Chaik Kong
I recently stumbled upon some fascinating feedback from Hong Kong audiophiles on Facebook about the Hong Kong AV Show and its Sampler Discs. I thought I'd share it with all of you. Apparently, attending the show for just a single day gets you a SACD Sampler Disc, but if you want to get your hands on the Hugo-produced UPM AG Sampler Disc, you'll need to purchase a three-day pass!
Generally, people assume that SACDs are pricier. Surprisingly, the UPM AG Sampler Disc at the Hong Kong AV Show is actually worth three times as much as a SACD! Despite this, audiophiles are willing to buy the three-day pass just to get their hands on one.
So, what's the big deal about the UPM AG Sampler Disc? Well, the mastering for the UPM AG Sampler Disc is handled by Mr. Aik, the CEO of Hugo Production, and they use an extremely time-consuming 1x speed burn-in process when creating the glass master to perfectly preserve every musical detail. The disc is coated with Copper Alloy, and each UPM AG stamper is limited to pressing only 1,000 Sampler Discs. Due to the low pressing quantity, the stamper doesn't wear out, ensuring that each CD achieves the highest precision. That's why UPM AG Sampler Discs offer a denser and clearer sound!
When the UPM AG technology was first introduced, the International Sound & Sight Exhibition immediately adopted it for our Sampler Discs. I still remember telling the CD factory that each UPM AG stamper would only be used to press 1,000 discs. The sales manager looked at me with wide eyes and said, "Our customers never change stampers even if they press 10,000 CDs. Are you sure you want to do this?" He then smirked and said, "There's an extra charge for each stamper, you know." I looked up at the distant national flag and said solemnly, "Put it on my tab."

一般人都认为SACD价更高，令人意想不到的是，香港音响展的UPM AG试音碟的价值竟是SACD的三倍！即便如此，发烧友宁可购买三日套票也非得将它弄到手不可。
究竟UPM AG试音碟有何魅力，能令香港发烧友趋之若鹜呢？
UPM AG试音碟的母带都由雨果老易亲自处理，在制作玻璃母盘时，以极为耗时的1倍速进行刻录，从而完美地保留音乐的细节。试音碟采用了Copper Alloy涂层，每个UPM AG的金属母模在压片时仅限压制1,000张试音碟。由于压片量少，金属母模不会出现损耗的现象，确保每张CD达到最高的精密度。正因为如此，UPM AG试音碟的音响的密度更高，清晰度也更佳！
