Our new Iced Berry Matcha Latte is a refreshing, creamy concoction with mellow, grassy notes of matcha and a sweet, berry tang. We’re spilling the tea here—there are some new matcha treats on our menu and our head barista is particularly fond of this drink (it’s berry good) so if you need some respite from the heat, do drop by this weekend for our drinks, desserts or a sourdough fix.

These dainty, baked goods are fresh out of our ovens and here to stay on our menu! Can’t decide between a sweet or savoury treat? Our Mochi Brownie with Sea Salt and Olive Oil is 70%-dark-chocolate sweet and we sprinkle a pinch of sea salt for a finishing touch... and our Sourdough OG Cheesecake is savoury with a caramelised top—you really get to indulge in a little bit of both!
These better-for-me confections are delicious without the refined stuff—we use jaggery sugar and made our brownie gluten-free so give these a try the next time you dine in with us at Anna’s.

Fuel your day with a hearty breakfast or brunch—our Tuna Mayo with Black Pepper Crab Focaccia is layered generously with tuna mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onions, garlic aioli and topped with a sunny side egg. Served with a side of arugula, almond slices and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Available daily from 8.30am to 5pm for dine-in through the month of August.

Fans of our sourdough pasta have yet another reason to rejoice (apart from the extended holiday weekend!) this August. Savour creamy morsels of soft shell crab drenched in a tangy and mildly spicy chilli sauce heaped on a bed of fresh pasta—our version of the quintessential national dish featuring the iconic chilli crab this National Day. Topped with sous vide egg, sourdough crumbs and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil for that extra oomph.

Find a delightful twist to your favourite espresso-based beverages here at Anna’s this July—we are doing both hot and chilled versions of our caramel macchiato that nails the milk-espresso-caramel golden ratio, without being cloyingly sweet.
For purists who prefers a more well-rounded cup with textured milk and a latte (get it?) of vanilla goodness, get a taste of our flavoured latte, served hot or chilled over ice.

Our sourdough journey begins with a starter and the simplest of ingredients, before the dough gets shaped and cradled in a banneton basket for proofing or cold retardation. These tools of the trade are essential for us to ply our craft—the unassuming proofing baskets provide support and help to pull away moisture from the surface of the dough so it’s easier to score and yield a loaf that’s crusty yet moist upon the first bite.

Creamier and better, cultured butter is the tastiest, classiest way to increase your intake of probiotics. Our Cocoa Sea Salt Butter is reminiscent of a light chocolate cream and pairs well with everything from our House Sourdough to the nibbles we stock on our retail shelves. Fermented in-house, these butters (we also do a savoury version with black garlic!) have consistently been raved about by our customers at Anna’s.

Our signature botanical blend that goes into the sourdough loaves is made with over 20 ancient grains and dried botanicals, reflecting the diversity that we wish to see in our diets. We don’t use any commercial yeast during the baking process and simply let time do its work—the dough is then slow fermented in our temperature-controlled cold room, making our sourdough loaves easier to digest and better for your gut!

For seafood aficionados out there—we don’t introduce new pizzas all the time but The Tuscany scratches that itch to sink your teeth into a sumptuous catch of the sea while getting your sourdough fix. Bite into a handcrafted sourdough crust of fresh mozzarella, garlic aioli, calamari and prawns bearing the hallmarks of humble Tuscan flavours with herbs, aromatics and citrus—unpretentious flavour pairings that are simple, yet divine.

Our Chicken Alfredo makes for an easy yet indulgent meal any time of the day.
