Terms & Conditions
✅ Bid and comments are determined via the seller screen. In the event where there are discrepancies, the seller will have the right to the final decision.
✅ Payment has to be made within 12hrs after the live session has ended. Items that are not paid will be forfeited. Payment can be made via Paynow/Paylah to +659687 5221. Do provide a screenshot of the payment slip to the admin.
✅ All buyers have to PM page admin immediately with the following information after bidding.
• Name
• Contact Number
• Address
✅ All new buyer need to pay a deposit of $20. Paynow to Celine at 96875221.
✅ Accumulation of orders is allowed within the same week. After that, orders will have to be delivered.
✅ No photos or image reference will be provided after confirmation of order.
✅ Please communicate by messenger for all inquiries.
✅ No refund or exchange upon payment except for defective products. Please provide photo prove of defective products with original packaging within 3 days upon receiving the ordered products. A refund can be made via Paynow/Paynow.
✅ All measurements provided for the products (e.g., bags and clothing) during the live session may have a discrepancy of 1-2cm.
Delivery
✅ Shipping fee - SGD$5
✅ Shipping will be done on a weekly basis and will be cut off day is on every Sunday. All orders will be delivered to the customers within 7 to 10 working days upon shipping.
Additional Notes:
✅ We will show our utmost respect to all viewers/shoppers and hopefully, we can be treated similarly. Any misbehaviour will not be tolerated and can be ban from our page. All decisions made by the page admin team will be final.
✅ All Live orders will be processed and replied to within 2-3 days. We do understand that there may be a surge of orders on special occasions so we apologise for any such cases and will try our absolute best to reply to your enquiries.
