Please note that the beaches on this report are only the ones that failed the last test. If they are still red it means they have failed again.

If "your" beach is not on this report it means it passed the last test.

Any sewage spills after the 27th will impact on water quality and will not be covered by this report.

We are recalling No Name Smooth Peanut Butter, Eden Smooth Peanut Butter and Eden Crunch Peanut Butter, which are sold throughout the country.

All stocks of these products have already been removed from all stores countrywide as the health and safety of our customers is always our priority. No other peanut butter brand at Pick n Pay is involved in the recall.

Customers who may have bought these peanut butter products are urged to please return them to Pick n Pay for a full refund if any product has an expiry date between now and July 2025.

So its mole and vole season. Here is a recipe that deters these critters but doesnt harm them or the lawn.

Combine equal quantities of castor oil and dish soap.
Mix 4-6 tablespoons of the mixture in 3-4 litres of water (no need to be absolutely exact)
Poke holes in the tunnels or mounds and use sprayer, watering can or jug to saturate the hole with the mixture.
It may take 2 attempts but it sends them scurrying as they hate the smell!

Freeze a 500ml or 1l bottle of water and put (the whole frozen bottle) in the dog's water bowl to keep it cool in this heat. Always make sure your fur kids have enough water..
