Perfectly baked pizza with a hint of crunch. Simple tip: I find pizzas are the best way to whip up something delish with leftover ingredients you have in the fridge. Simple and fast meal.

If you don’t have time to make your own pizza crust, use a tortilla wrap as the base instead & get creative.

👉🏼Omnimeat Strips (w/ House Spice rub)
🍅 Roasted cherry tomatoes (Wilder’s Garden)
🥬 Roasted Kale (Wilder’s Garden)
🌱Micro-greens (Wilder’s Garden)
👉🏼Mushrooms (Locally grown)
🧅 Caramelized Onions
🫕 Dollops of cream cheese
🧀 Shredded Cheese

One of the first few protein we tried is from .seasia. We’ve made Lemak chili padi with their OmniMeat. They’ve got more variety on the food shelves now & if you haven’t visited .sg, they’ve got a mini supermarket you can buy selections there. What’s your favourite from .seasia?

Behind the screen.

Some might have seen me during kitchen service, whipping up meals in a hectic kitchen. Just this time, I’m sharing some practices I’ve adopted for more than 2 decades now. How I ran and manage a F&B space while being conscious about minimising the waste we produce. And of course How to MINIMISE FOOD WASTAGE. Which is possible for you to do at your own space too especially in this day and age.

During a private LIVE cooking sesh using ingredients from our local farms, from my edible garden, some uses of & what you can do with your kitchen scraps.

Occasionally I put on my sun hat to grow grass & drink grass - Wheatgrass I mean.

Instead of buying a new pot, look around your home to see what you can use to grow your edibles or greens in.

Here we used a box carton of oat milk(frm ) to grow wheatgrass! Wheatgrass can be cut and regrow at least 2-3 times.

Sharing some love, do check out what have in store and there’s a promo code on our Link-in-bio JUST FOR YOU! ❤️

We got this fig plant last year & it bore so many fruits for us. Do you know anyone growing their own figs & what’s your favorite use for figs?

👩🏻‍🌾 Having adopted multiple composting methods for more than a decade, I’ve learned to replenish and add nutrients to the soil that brings the food we grow to life(of course you’d need all the other natural elements - Sun, water). Providing for the soil, the nutrients will be passed to the fruits/veg that we grow.

🔊On. This is a wholesome meal on its own. 🤤

Found some frozen pumpkin in the freezer, cherry tomatoes from the garden, some stale bread. Voila 🤘🏼

❓what are some of the food bits/scraps you have lying around and don’t have a clue what to do with them?

Our Story

Anyone can live consciously.

We are all dreamers, when we first embarked on the idea back in 2014 to create a casual and homely space, where hearty conversations happen over a meal shared. It is in the simple belief of "living the life you love, and loving the life you live” that remains the core value behind what we do. We have always believed in conscious living, living consciously even before the space was conceived. Minimising waste even before it became a hot topic and therefore we've created our very own circular system - where we refuse, reduce waste, recycle, composted as well as minimising food wastage.

We have never been shy in doing things differently - so this marks a new adventure for us to embark on our vision. Though we have decided not to continue having our Brick & Mortar early 2018, we will continue to share this mission.

To live consciously, to re-think our approach on consumption, to take the first step towards - Minimising Waste Lifestyle.

Together We Can Create Wonder!
