The KPMG Clubhouse, where hearts and minds meet, was the centre of mindful and heartfelt conversations for last week’s Wellbeing at Work Summit Asia. Ahead of Mental Health Awareness Month, close to 200 senior HR, Reward, Wellness, Benefit professionals and business leaders from across the region, and close to 20 sponsors, came together to elevate employee wellbeing and mental health strategies to the next level.

Among numerous salient topics of discussion, we delved into strategies on how to support our people to thrive with us. Janice Foo, Head of People, KPMG in Singapore, moderated a panel discussion on “Creating human-centred workplaces: Making wellbeing a strategic priority”.
