Reading and seeing it live is 2 different thing. Very interesting experience with enneagram and learning some new things about myself that I didnโt knew in the past.
Gonna use some of the coaching technique and experiment on myself for these few days. ๐

I started with abit more fat, due to lack of training. Still has abit of fat, but it makes me look bigger.
Eat more., Train more.
Training with a different style, BFT style of mix cardio hiit and strength really brings volume to the muscle in a different way I must say. Shall monitor the workout more.

You want it, you get it. People ask me why I stop training for so long... is it cause you are busy at work?.. Actually to be honest it's just lazy.. set your priorities right and go get it!
