Was thinking of conducting cooking classes after the Raya Haji season, on the dishes that I cook. Will anyone be keen to learn? Weekday or weekend depending on students intake.

1st week of orders for a regular customer. I think she has been ordering from me for last 5 or more years. Every year, she gives a set of food bag to her relatives who come and terawih at her place. As her family gets bigger, she splits them into week 1 and 2, carefully deciding who gets to come on either week. Each family gets a set of 5 different lauks.

As much as I can remember, I was bad at cooking rendang. Year after year, I seemed to fail. But when I started Delishiok in 2013, I did some research on different types of rendang, and stumbled on two different recipes of Rendang Tok off the internet and married the two. I experimented with the recipe about three times, before I was confident that I could produce in larger quantities successfully. Prior to this, I had never heard of Rendang Tok, so I was taken by surprise when I had many repeated customers, who could not get enough of this dish! That was then, that I learned, this is a very traditional dish, that many don’t serve anymore.

This is my other signature dish, the Rendang Tok.
Delishiok offers home-cooked frozen Malay dishes, conveniently packed in 500g and 1kg containers. It is freshly cooked and immediately frozen to preserve its authentic taste.
When Delishiok started this business some10 years ago, it was built around the concept to create convenience for the busy modern woman, who has no time to make such tedious dishes.
With that in mind, these four dishes were formulated -> Ayam Masak Merah, Rendang Tok, Sambal Goreng Pengantin and Sambal Sotong Kering.
All you need to do is to thaw them out and heat over the stove. Please do not microwave.
