Making Double ristretto 1:2 ratio. Finding the right grind is important. Understanding your grinder and Espresso machine is crucial. It takes time to calibrate to get the good shot.

Mine is between dial 5-7 for espresso. The formula will change as the beans characteristics change. Use the first shot to fine tune😃
