As a Full-time Management Trainee, you will assist your Restaurant Manager and will be trained in the full suite of restaurant operations, including target setting, budget planning, driving marketing campaigns, managing stock control, quality assurance, people management and excellent customer service delivery.
Professional Conversion Programme (P*P) in Food Services:
You will be placed under our P*P Programme and get a Diploma qualification fully sponsored by the hiring company. A 6 months structured diploma and on-the-job training in the restaurant will take place.
Career progression after the completion of your diploma is solely based on your work performance.
Job Description
- Participate in planning and ex*****on of managing restaurant day to day operation with guidance.
- Inculcate excellent customer service mind set as well as understanding of Company service standard and procedures.
- Be the representative of restaurant and brand.
- Responsible for setting-up and handling work station(s) assigned.
- Be attentive to guests’ request efficiently and effectively.
- Serve food & beverages in accordance to Restaurant and regulatory standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and work order in compliance with standards at all times.
- Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower
- Liaise with superiors and top management when necessary
- Perform effective problem-solving skills when necessary
- Perform stock ordering and controlling in daily basis
Job Requirement
- No F&B experience required
- Candidates with Back-of-House (Kitchen) experiences may apply
- High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers
- Drive and resourcefulness to deliver results
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
