Hi Friends,

Thank you for the overwhelming support.

We appreciate this "Revenge BBQ" that started since March, but we're truly unable to cope with the manpower shortage in kitchen, operations and onsite.

I regret to inform that we have since blocked all new orders until 15th (15th inclusive).

There will be NO last min squeezing of orders NO wrong dates entertained, NO walk-in or self collections allowed. Any walk-in shall be turned away as we are already struggling to cope with this weekend's fulfilments.

We hope you're able to find suitable replacements and I'm sorry once again for the inconveniences.

I'm 1 person taking email, calls and WhatsApp requests from all of you. Please do understand replies will be delayed, as I'm also doing deliveries and grocery buying.

I'm sorry. We have not done well today at all.
We have a lot of items shortfall, and have been trying to cope and restrict new orders, but this too created a lot of unhappiness.

Today, many items were shortfall because alot of customers insisted on squeezing in orders , and even more came to our kitchen without appointments.

To all our friends who've ordered early and encountered missing or out of stock items, I am so truly sorry. No words would be enough. I had truly wanted our friends and guests to try and enjoy our various dishes.

Moving forward, we will learn to cope and forecast, as well as restrict new and last min orders better.

Thank you for the overwhelming support this reopening; our entire team at ezbbq is greatly appreciative of your widespread support for our food and services.

Just like many in the FNB industry, we're also struggling to find suitable and willing helper for our kitchen, warehouse and deliveries.

I regret to inform we have blocked all new orders until 3rd May, as we strive to cope with currently accepted orders.

This is also a plea for help; should you know a friend of family member looking for work, please do pm us.

We're on the lookout for willing Singaporean and PR who might bring us to a greater position.

Dear friends,

It's pouring islandwide now. Our drivers are rushing and many will reach you ahead of schedule.

Please do not call to scold us or be angry. In fact, I'm grateful that the drivers even took the initiatives.
I'd rather they send early than late.

Also all our orders leave our kitchen early/on-time. If the orders reach you late, it's the drivers being delayed by other customers. Calling 10 times in 1 min will not help us reach the driver or you earlier.

Everyone in FNB is operating short-handed now. Please appreciate the ones who even turn up.

We are so incredibly grateful for all the new and returning support for our BBQ and livegrills.

However, due to manpower shortage for drivers and ops, we are unable to take on any more..

All our fresh sambal stingray, jumbo satay and Wagyu tomahawks are also barely sufficient for tomorrow, so we are really sorry to say we can't take anymore store walk-in as well.

To all the new and old friends whom I've had to cancel or reject earlier, I'm sorry and thank you for your understanding.

Our kitchen team is only now leaving the kitchen after prepping sufficient for tomorrow, and it will be an tiring and long day for them as well.

Thank you, and may we return stronger in 2021.

In 2021, new grill concepts and ready-to-eat platters will be introduced.
