In 1990, Italian geologist Angelo Pitoni purchased strange blue stones from a Fula Chief in Sierra Leone in West Africa. The tribe claimed the rocks came from the sky.

Pitoni returned home to Europe and brought the mysterious rocks to a university for testing.

The results showed the stones didn’t match any known mineral. The researchers couldn’t explain why the rocks retained a blue color. When a small piece was pulverized and viewed under a microscope, there was no blue color visible. Heating the stone to high temperatures would not alter the mineral. Acids would not break it down.

Further analysis showed that 77.17% of the stone was Oxygen. The remaining composition was Carbon, Calcium, and an unknown organic compound. The age of the Sky Stones may be as much as 55,000 years old.

*Caution over reinstatement of APC convention* ‼️
The defence put forward by APC lawyers was to clear the APC party only and for the convention to go ahead. It has nothing to do with *the participation* of the individuals listed in the injunction, which still stands until the hearing next week. Please read the full ruling carefully and note that it excuses the *APC only,* not even the ITGC which still has a case to answer. So members of ITGC can't attend. Legally speaking, only members of the TIIEMC that will conduct the elections can attend the convention at Makeni.

*Put bluntly, none of the individuals listed in the injunction can vote or be nominated for any APC executive position, including flag bearer.*

The high Court of SL has slammed an injunction on APC from holding it National delegates conference slated for the 17to19 of Feb. The particulars of the case is a bit hazy, but one Kai-Gbondo has succeeded in convincing the high court for the NDC to be halted. The prayers of the plaintiff is yet to be dissected, but the Party have made all preparatory measures for the Confrence. The case has been adjourned for the 23rd of this month.

Supreme Court dismisses claim that president Bio’s Directive to the Electoral Commission to conduct the next multi-tier election on a Proportional representation instead of a Constituency system as Unconstitutional. In a Landmark judgement had in record time and in front of rolling Cameras, the five Supreme Court Justices Unanimously agreed with the Directive of the president to hold the next election on a PR system. The opposition had sort an interpretation describing the Directive as illegal.

Often described as the "Queen of African Pop" Brenda is undoubtedly one of the finest voices the world of song has ever heard, and she surely ranks among the most popular artists in South Africa's music history.

Brenda Fassie is one of the 30 women featured last year in a comic book anthology, Femme Magnifique, which salutes women who crack ceilings, female trailblazers of yesterday and today.

Tomorrow the high Court presided over by Justice Fischer will pass it verdict on another land mark case. Civil society( Native Consortium and Research Center) and 300 hundred consumers brought a class action against Airtel, Africell and NATCOM( the regulator),for their persistent poor service delivery in which the “Regulator” is deemed to have aided and abetted such cheating. I am part of this class action and we’re asking for massive Compensation on behalf of all consumers. If the Court answers our prayers, the MNO’s and NATCOM will pay a fine that runs in Billions of Leones and also offer free calls to all consumers for a designated period. We are waiting with bathed breath!!.

NSA Director to fly out again
The Director of the National Sport Authority Dr. Kenneth Brima is set to travel with the under 20 National Team to Senegal once again just after coming from Nigeria.
The Director was among delegation that went to Benin, Mauritania and Nigeria with the national team and he is set again to travel to Senegal. This is a complete waste of taxpayers money as he has nothing to go and do.
Dr. Brima seem to be enjoyed flying and collecting huge DSA for doing nothing.
He is the latest public official to be flying out of the country at will irrespective of the country struggling economy. It is not clear what his role is and why he wants to travel with the under 20 after coming from Nigeria few days ago.
Since he was appointed as Director of the National Sport Authority, this man has been on every traveling delegation with the national team.
He enjoys traveling and collecting huge amount of money from government coffers.
This is bad for the country as he has absolutely nothing to go and do in these matches.
He must be stop otherwise government will continue to lose money meant for other developmental activities.
He served as the paymaster in Leone stars match in Nigeria he don't know his role an responsibility neither respect his staff the accounting department at the NSA are not happy with his behaviour.

LEONE STARS SAFELY RETURNS
The National Senior team of Sierra Leone (Leone Stars) has this evening arrived safely at the Freetown International Airport after a praiseworthy performance in last week’s 2021 AFCON Qualifier encounter against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Arriving at Airport in Lungi, the entire Sierra Leone delegation led by the Minister of Sports *Ibrahim Nyelenkeh* and the Sierra Leone Football Association President *Madam Isha Johansen* was given a laudable welcome celebration by the Kaffu Bullom Heroes.
The 23-man Squad has been escorted to the Golden Tulip Hotel for camping ahead of the much talked about return match (Sierra Leone vs. Nigeria) on Tuesday the 17th November 2020 at the Siaka Steven Stadium.
