Marketer Duties:
Research competitive marketing strategies
Develop, implement, and maintain marketing strategies to increase market share
Develop and implement marketing plans and track performance against goals
Develop media plans, including advertising, public relations, email marketing, sales promotion, and social media
Capable of identifying and responding to market trends
Design and implement media strategy
Manage media purchasing
Communicate with advertising media representatives and negotiate arrangements
Use online and social media marketing to maintain and expand Nutiva customer base, grow Nutiva’s following and social media presence, and drive sales using traditional and nontraditional strategies, including in social media
Oversee all company website and social media content including newsletters, blogs, articles, and social media posts
Learn about, and use, the right platforms to build and maintain a customer base and generate leads
Create and manage product launch strategies
Promote brand, including social media ads and sponsored posts
Establish and manage customer accounts that maximize product usage and retention
Establish messaging and branding standards
Maintain Nutiva’s presence in customer websites, to increase brand awareness and recognition
Promote Nutiva products’ benefits in customer communications
Develop and create content including emails, guest posting, and social media campaigns

Requirements And Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing, business, or related field
2+ years’ proven experience as a marketing manager or marketing professional
Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies, budgets, and timelines
Ability to develop and manage digital marketing tactics
Strong knowledge of social media, search engine optimization,

Volunteer Job Description

Hope Academy for Girls (HAFG) is a multipurpose, rural-based secondary school. It provides Junior and Senior Secondary School (JSS & SSS) levels of education in Sierra Leone for Girls ages 12 to 18 years old.

HAFG provides high-quality, holistic education that enables the girls to achieve their highest potential. The Girls attend school fee-free with tuition, national curriculum prescribed textbooks, teaching resources, and daily midday meals. The teachers are dedicated to providing each student with a high standard of education. However, the school lacks teachers in some subjects to accomplish the task. Science is one of the subjects requiring more teaching staff. Therefore, volunteers who are willing to come and help the students to understand the real meaning of Science are most welcome.

As a volunteer Science teacher, you would be responsible for creating lesson plans, assigning homework, giving tests, and keeping an accurate record of each child's progress. At Hope Academy, York Village, each level determines the curriculum for each of the subjects taught in the school. Volunteers must be able, committed, and determined to ensure the Girls who come from less privileged backgrounds with a determination to progress, do achieve their highest potential.

As a volunteer Science Teacher, Time Management is crucial both in and outside of the classroom. A volunteer would be responsible for keeping student's lessons according to schedule.
A volunteer Science Teacher at this placement needs to have a teacher's qualification, a degree, or TC/HTC certificate who enjoyed the subject of science throughout his/her academic education.
The volunteer needs to be a mature individual who would be willing to work hard to produce a science program that is educational and can catch the interest of the students.

VOLUNTEER TASKS REQUIRED

Good Communication Skills
As a volunteer science teacher, you would be working with students from the neighboring Villages around the Peninsular in the Western Area Rural District. Outside of the classroom, you must be able to communicate effectively when meeting with parents about their child’s strengths and challenges. Teach an Outlined Program

Volunteer science teachers would need to interact with fellow teachers and school administrators. They would be expected to leave a clear and detailed account of the science taught while they were at the school so that future science teachers could smoothly continue the lessons.

Field Trips

As a volunteer science teacher, you would be expected to organize field trips that would enhance the teaching of some subjects in science. The science classes may also include some knowledge about the environment and why it is so important to protect it.

Homework and Tests

Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

Civil Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Registration/Licensure as a Professional Engineer may be required.
A minimum of five years’ industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
