Afrilosophy builds dignified communities by creating opportunities for decent work and economic growth. We empower communities through trade by providing skills to enable women establish their own enterprises, and engender sustainability and economic growth through manufacturing.
Our training and support programs for women are sustained by the production and sales of our many quality products: body care, hair care, cleansers and super foods. Your purchase of our quality good-for-you-products is also good for our community.
This middle manpower training for enterprise is an essential type of human resource development that strengthens a country’s ability for economic growth, and its resilience to economic shocks. These practically trained people (women in particular) go on to create jobs through their businesses and become employers as opposed to job seekers.
