We have decided to help fundraise for Yoni Cooperative Foundation so we can support and empower school children in Malanchor Village and the nearby communities by providing books, pens, pencils, uniforms and other school learning materials. No amount is too small for this fundraising. Even if it’s just $1, it goes towards our fundraising goal and you will be counted as one of the donors of the foundation.

Please be informed that, the presentation ceremony of the school materials (books, pens, pencils, etc.) for Malanchor Village school pupils will take place on December 26, 2021. The item were donated by Yoni Cooperative Foundation (YCF) and will be presented by members of the foundation at the Roman Catholic Primary School field. You are all invited to attend.

Hi! My name is Ibrahim Fullah. I was born in Malanchor Village, Yoni Mabanta Chiefdom, Tonkolili District - Sierra Leone. My village is a remote rural community where young school pupils are marginalized and deprived of quality education due to hard stricken poverty in their families. There is nobody to speak on their behalf; at least to inspire them. Those who are born or have lived in my village can attest to these realities.

As a native born of Malanchor Village, I believe that I have a responsibility to do something about this problem to change the narrative in my own little way. In that regard, I have taken a decision upon myself to establish a local community-based charitable organization known as "YONI COOPERATIVE FOUNDATION" in Malanchor Village and it immediate environs, to help and inspire school going pupils; to create a change in my village community and to define a common vision of progress for society based on courage and selfless determination. I strongly believe that, my work and help to young school going kids in the village will extensively change their lives.

Yoni Cooperative Foundation (YCF) is a local non-profit community based charitable organization in Sierra Leone. It was founded by Ibrahim Fullah, and his friends (Kadrie Abdulai Mansaray & Saidu Fullah) in 2020, with the aim to improving the lives and living standard of rural children in various ways.
The need to provide support to children has been widely recognized with various efforts from the Government of Sierra Leone and international NGOs.
Whilst there are several initiatives and interventions aimed at children development, rural child multidimensional poverty still remains high. This calls for a concentrated effort to adequately address the multi-dimensional rural child poverty. Therefore, it is primarily against this backdrop that Yoni Cooperative Foundation was formed. We hope become the force for uplifting the lives of rural children and the society at large.

OUR MAIN OBJECTIVE

Our main objectives include the following:
1. To reduce rural child multidimensional poverty.
2. To help rural children reach their full potential
3. To foster national development;
4. To implement policies that support the development of rural children.
5. To foster a patriotic spirit
6. To provide a platform for the rural children to exercise, develop and enhance their mental and intuitive capabilities.

OUR KEY ACTIVITIES

FFF will focus its work/activities in four key areas as follows:
1. Children Education
2. Food/Nutrition
3. Clothing

FUNDING SUPPORT
F&F Foundation is primarily funded by Ibrahim Fullah and other descendants of Yoni Chiefdom. Other potential or possible funding sources for the implementation of our programs may include business entities, private foundations, and individual donors.

Our objective is for the benefit of children living in villages and rural communities within Yoni Mabanta Chiefdom, Tonkolili District.
This can be achieved by advancing children's education through by the provision of sponsorship to enable children to attend to school and by such other means as the Foundation may determine.
