You are human.

You are human. More than anything else.

I am. You are. We all are.

But oftentimes we forget to take care of ourselves, especially when we are under pressure, whether that's pressure from work, from time, from a social setting, or any other types of pressure.

We all know that deadlines may seem more real because they are daunting and demanding. But do never forget we are no less real. We are humans with beating hearts. It's more important to listen to yourself and understand what your body is asking for.

How many of these have you done this week?
🛏 Go to bed on time
🏃🏼‍♂️ Do some exercises, move your body
💨 Open the window to have some fresh air
🧘🏽‍♀️ Do yoga and meditate to clear up your mind
