De Guyanese regering heeft de laatste tijd onze territoriale integriteit veelvuldig aangevallen, terwijl onze eigen regering geen actie onderneemt. Er is geen woord over gezegd, geen protestbrief gestuurd naar de Guyanese ambassadeur in Suriname, geen verklaring afgelegd, geen persconferentie gehouden, en zelfs de minister van Defensie heeft niets gezegd. Is onze regering nog wel wakker?

Dit is de kaart die Guyana gebruikte drie dagen geleden bij het presenteren van hun case tegen Venezuela bij het Internationaal Gerechtshof. Opvallend is dat zij ons Tigri gebied zonder enige terughoudendheid als hun grondgebied hebben weergegeven. Nu is het moment dat Suriname onze case moet veilig stellen door het Hof formeel te informeren dat Guyana een verkeerde kaart gebruikt waarbij Surinaams grondgebied wordt weergegeven als Guyanees grondgebied en dat wij daar formeel protest tegen aantekenen.
Als de regering het niet doet zullen wij het als volk van Suriname zelf moeten doen ! Nu is het moment👊

They also presented FALSE borders of Suriname today before ther the International Court of Justice !!

Apr. 9-10 1970, the Prime Minister of Guyana Burnham and of Suriname, Dr. Sedney, met in Trinidad. It was decided to demilitarize the disputed Tigri area. Guyana has not held upon this agreement and continues to hold the area hostage with its Military.
