Book on prospect for gender sensitive police reform in South Sudan

"The police are a state security provider with the primary task of protecting people and their property through public assistance, law enforcement, the identification, investigation and prevention of crime and the maintenance of peaceful public order," Taban Oliver, a member of South Sudan Law Society speaking at a forum in Juba.
