1. PERSONALITY :

as a leader you should mind your personality wherever leadership become thriven , don't hesitate anyhow, and in most cases people considered personality more than your crowned leadership skills.

2. RESPONSIBILITY :

as a leader response to anything is the color of your leader , when leaders start to irresponsible , their speeches become irrelevant , their personalities become disrespectful and their thoughts become unstandard and their leadership become a sickness to people .

3.ACCESSIBILITY :

accessibility is the most part where leaders are facing opposition and dirt bites
When a leader is inaccessible ,his/her people will have no way to advice whenever things are running out of hands
leader have to be accessible, because anytime when people are in need of him/her ,he/she will be available .

4. RESPECT :

Respect is state of conduct in the human behaviors , respect is the core net of conduct , that whenever a leader respect his/her people , people who will be against the leadership styling will be less.
And one thing that leaders should take notice of: is remember that no one can leads an empty ground , where people are not .

5. CONFIDENCE :

Orderly leadership is when the leaders are concerned about what people are facing and to be confident in doing the right measures to solve the what people are facing.
Leaders should not make fiction as leadership partner .
