Research key issue: Asian families live in a large member of at least 3 generations in a family. The only job that grandma & grandpa would love to do all their life is cooking. Then they spend all day cooking with a heart for their family. However, their kitchen means everywhere in their house. Then moveable cooking station has been designed for them. The station will be their private place/area.

Pomodoro Technique ✨ คือเทคนิคการจัดการเวลา

คิดค้นโดย Francesco Cirillo ชาวอิตาลี ซึ่งคำว่า ‘Pomodoro’ มาจากมาจากคำว่า ‘มะเขือเทศ’ 🍅 ในภาษาอิตาลี มะเขือเทศนั้นมีรูปร่างคล้ายคลึงกับรูปทรงของนาฬิกาจับเวลาของ Francesco จึงทำให้เกิดเทคนิคชื่อนี้ขึ้นมานั่นเอง

“แล้ว Pomodoro มีประโยชน์อย่างไร แล้วสามารถนำมาใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้อย่างไร? ”

🔸 วิธีการใช้เทคนิค Pomodoro

การใช้เทคนิค Pomodoro ง่ายนิดเดียว สามารถแบ่งเป็น step ดังกล่าว
1. วางแผนเลือกหรือตั้ง list สิ่งที่ต้องการจะทำให้เสร็จ 🏆

2. ตั้ง Pomodoro timer (1 หน่วย pomodoro = 25 นาที) — สามารถหาได้ใน Website ต่างๆ,ใน AppStore, และ ใน PlayStore หรือใช้ Timer ปกติตั้งเวลานับถอยหลัง 25 นาทีก็ได้ค่ะ

3. จับเวลา ⏱

4. เริ่มการทำ task ที่ตั้งไว้ในข้อ 1 อย่างตั้งใจ— ระหว่างนี้ให้ละทิ้งสิ่งรบกวนต่างๆ อย่างเช่นโทรศัพท์มือถือออกไป ไม่ควรทำ multitasking

5. เมื่อครบ 1 pomodoro (25 นาที) ให้พักสั้นๆประมาณ 5 นาที เพื่อพักผ่อน เข้าห้องน้ำ เล่นมือถือ ฯลฯ

6. พอทำงานครบ 4 ครั้ง (หรือ 4 ‘pomodoro’) ให้พักเบรกยาวประมาณ 15–30 นาที

7. วนการทำงานแบบนี้ไปเรื่อยๆ จนเสร็จ

🔸 ผลลัพธ์จากการใช้เทคนิค Pomodoro

1. จากการที่ได้พักบ่อยๆ ทำให้รู้สึกกระปรี้กะเปร่า มีแรงมากขึ้น สดชื่นขึ้น ไม่เหนื่อยหล้าจากการทำงาน
2. สามารถแบ่งการทำงานเป็นงานชิ้นย่อยๆ ชิ้นเล็กๆ ทำให้ไม่หลุดโฟกัสจากงาน
3. มีสมาธิมากขึ้น จากการที่ละทิ้งสิ่งรบกวนต่างๆและโฟกัสที่งาน
4. ทำให้งานเสร็จเร็วขึ้น เนื่องจากมีสมาธิ ไม่วอกแวก
5. สรุปแล้วการใช้เทคนิค Pomodoro ทำให้การจัดการเวลาดีขึ้น และทำงานได้อย่างมีปนะสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เนื่องจาก brain-flow ที่ดีขึ้น 💯

Frozen durian cheesecake aims to hit exporting market such as Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea, USA, Middle east etc. This perfect cheesecake select only A grade of Monthong durian as its’ main ingredient. A grade of Monthong durian means crispy surface skin, smooth meat inside, perfect natural balance between carbonhydrate and sugar level. This ripeness stage is rarely to find even in Thailand. Then Ivan factory created the character of the most delicious of eating Mongthong durian into their frozen durian cheesecake. The frozen cake has 14 months of shelf-life without any preservation. It is more life time longer than fresh durian in order to export.

It is well known that durian is the king of fruit and Chinese’s additcitve fruit. Moreover, Chinese consumer believers in Monthong durian or Golden pillow durian as the lucky rich fruit (‘Gold’ name and yellow color). Then the target group of this frozen durian cheesecake is C+ to above who have ability ti buy some luxury goods. The product position as the high-end brand because 40% of the cake is A grade of Monthong durian meat.
