We've heard of 'Ghost Kitchens' but have you heard of a Ghost Restaurant right here in Asia's city of angels?

A little info on our Ghost Restaurant concept :

We have a fully renovated and ready-to-operate restaurant venue that we plan to lease out to Chefs, Restaurateurs and Mixologist to operate.

We will be offering short term rental to use our f&b space for entrepreneural folks to operate a Full Restaurant, Chef's Table or anything along the lines of food and beverage.

Why this concept?

Well, this would give budding entrepreneurs a chance to have first hand experience the running of a restaurant without high risk commitments of a long lease. Startup is also minimal as you will not have to buy pots, pans, glassware and so on as we'll have it all set up and ready to go!

👉Rent Rate :
For our launch promotion deal, the daily rent to use the entire establishments is 5000 THB

Minimum 1 day rent, Maximum 21 days.

👉Security Deposit : 5000 Baht/day

👉Venue Capacity
Dining : 25 seats
Mingling : +20

👉Terms & Conditions

- You will be allowed full acceess to use all four floors of the venue

- The management of the venue will not take any commissions from your food sales

- The management of the venue will operate and staff the bar and handle beverages.

- If the tenant would like to handle the beverages, the management will take a 15% commission from the total bar revenue

- The management will provide a list of beverage suppliers so that the tenant will have ease of ordering. (the management will not make any commission from sales of spirits from supplier to tenant)

- If the tenant would like to bring in his own wines, a fixed corkage fee of 300B will be imposed per bottle.

- The management can provide cleaners and service staff at a rate that is to be decided.

- The management will provide a General Manager to oversee smooth operations.

⚠️NOTE : please note that all terms and conditions and timings are planned for when the curfew and alcohol ban for restaurants are lifted.
