▶️▶️ บางครั้งความคิดหรือการกระทำของลูก รวมถึงความซุกซนตามช่วงวัยของเขา อาจทำให้คุณพ่อคุณแม่รู้สึกไม่พอใจ โกรธหรือโมโห ซึ่งการแสดงความรู้สึกหรือการกระทำออกไปขณะกำลังรู้สึกโกรธหรือโมโห อาจไม่เป็นผลดีต่อลูกมากนัก อีกทั้งยังอาจทำให้สถานการณ์บานปลายอีกด้วย ซึ่งเชื่อได้เลยว่าคุณพ่อคุณแม่ก็ไม่ชอบที่ตนเองต้องใช้อารมณ์ในการจัดการกับปัญหา ดังนั้น การควบคุมอารมณ์ให้เป็นไปในทิศทางที่เหมาะสมก่อนจะพูดคุยกับลูกด้วยเหตุและผลต่อไป อาจเป็นวิธีการที่ดีกว่าในการจัดการกับสถานการณ์นั้นๆ
