Too hot to stay inside so just been to the pool. Water a nice cool temperature but the sun is fierce today. Could feel my skin beginning to burn even with Factor 50 sunscreen. I pity those poor tourists who I see riding around on bikes with no shirt or with just shorts. They are going to feel it tonight when the burn comes out. Will need plenty of AfterSun and sleeping on top of the sheets with the AC full on. You only do this once. I did many years ago in Magans Bay, St Thomas US Virgin Islands. Had huge blisters over my shoulders and back treated by one of the nursing sisters on my ship.
