Hi, my name is haythem zerai I'm 21 y.o and I run 100 km in the desert.🔥💯
When I've finished the 100k I felt so much pain in my legs especially in the last 40 km , I could'nt eat or drink water in the last 20 km but I didn't stop .
This race gives you a test of mental strength 🧠
It's you vs you remember that💯
Reminder: That was my first competition and my first ultra trail run .

هذا هيثم، عمرو 21 سنة هوايتو الSPORT, روحو SPORT, حياتو SPORT مال handball للجري. شارك في و عمل 190كم على نهارين، شارك في ULTRA MIRAGE 100KM. الطفل هذا موش كيما لولاد الكل، عندو عزيمة موش عادية و مع العلم انو عندو 7 أشهر ملي بدا الجري.
