We are filled with gratitude, attempting to encapsulate the profound experience we shared in our recent session “Mind Bath” with the esteemed Dr. Noura Ayech 🤩, where we talked about mental health. It was a great opportunity to learn about the importance of taking care of our mental health, especially during these challenging times.💆‍♀️
Dr. Ayech explained how these issues can affect our daily lives and provided some practical tips on how to manage them. She also shared some resources and tools that we can use to improve our mental health, such as mindfulness meditation, exercise, and social support. 💕
One of the most valuable parts of the session was the Q&A, where participants had the opportunity to ask Dr. Ayech questions about mental health. The questions ranged from how to deal with negative self-talk to how to support someone who is struggling with mental health issues. Dr. Ayech provided thoughtful and insightful answers that were both informative and practical.
Overall, the session was a great success, and we're grateful to our collaborators from JCI Hammam Sousse for sharing their expertise and insights with us.🔥
