Early aging signs start to appear mostly on upper and mid third of face. The main problems are sagging of skin, volume loss and sagging of face volume. When volume loss happens around eyes; the bones become more prominent, hollowings appear above and below the eyes and eyes start to look like falling into this hole. We called this situation as “deep set eye deformity” or “sunken eyes”. The surgical treatment of these problems includes replacing of volume, tightening and lifting of deep tissues and removing the skin excess. These modifications provides smoother and more youthful looking eyes. Also we performed temporal lift surgery to lift brows and open up her eyes, cheek and mid-face lift for redistribution of sagging face volume. These lifting procedures provided more fulled cheeks, V shaped and more defined face appearance and smoother nasolabial folds. We did fat transfer to replace volume loss of her face due to aging and applied SVF which includes stem cell rich part of fat tissue to promote rejuvenation and regeneration of skin cells and improve her skin quality.

Rhinoplasty.

2,5 years after surgery.
We performed functional rhinoplasty to solve her breathing problems while achieving a more beautiful and elegant looking nose shape. The nose hump was removed to create a slightly curved dorsum. Tip plasty was performed to create a smaller, narrower, and more defined tip. Tip rotation was increased to solve the droopiness of the tip and create an evident supra-tip break point. The nose vault and dorsum were narrowed to achieve nicely defined dorsal aesthetic lines.

Facial proportions are so important for our beauty perception. Face is a complex unit with its sub-units and the balance between them provides us more attractive and beautiful looking.

Lips have important role in these proportions. Upper lip-Nose distance may get longer because of rhinoplasty surgery or aging. Being long of this distance causes insufficient lip volume, relatively sagged cheek appearence and imbalance in facial proportions.

Shortening of this distance by operation provides us more feminine, attractive and youthful looking with more volumazing upper lips.

Planning is one of the most important part of a surgery. I'm using the 3D analysing and simulation systems for better planning, calculation of proportions and prediction of the results before the surgery. You can see change of upper lip proportions of this beautiful lady before and after the operation. We shortened her Upper lip-Nose distance and reduce the proportion of this distance from %26 to %17.
