Detaylı AçıklamaVideo da açıkladığım bilgilerin öncesinde yapılan işlemler vardır.Onları da bir başka video da sizlerle paylaşacağım.Bu işlemler sırasıyla şöyle;1-0.80 mm ve 1 mm Bronz, Pirinç plakalar 120 tonluk pres giyotin aracılığıyla belirli ölçülerde şeritler halinde kesilir.2-Bu şeritler tarafımızca yaptırılan kalıplar aracılığıyla 80 tonluk pres ile zil formuna getirilir.Zil formuna getiren kalıp aynı zamanda zillerin 4 mm olan orta deliklerini de açmaktadır.3-Dövme olacak ziller ayrılarak dövme işlemleri gerçekleştirilir.4-Tüm zillere başka bir kalıp ile bombe formu(Radius-Konik)verilir.5-Bu kısım video da anlattığım kısımdır.6-Son olarak zillere polisaj işlemleri yapılır ve montaj etmeye hazır hale getirilir...Detailed DescriptionThere are operations performed before the information I explained in the video.
